M. Ravhura
He is an excellent labour law expert with credible track record in his years of practice. He holds an LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo, certificates in Business rescue practice and Certificate in Labour Relations
Practice.
Past Experience
He completed practical legal training in 2014 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in the year 2016. To demonstrate his extensive knowledge in labour practice, he has been appointed as a Commissioner at the CCMA since 2018.
He is also a panelist in other Bargaining Councils (SSSBC). He deals mainly with labour related issues. Mr. Ravhura is also a member of SARIPA and INSOL international. He has been involved in major Curatorship’s i.e. Municipal Councilors Pension Fund and Bophelo Benefit Services.
He is currently involved in the curatorship of the Municipal Councillors Pension Fun (MCPF). He is also actively involved in all labour related matters in some large mines (i.e Shiva Uranium (Pty) Ltd, Optimum Coal Mine (Pty) Ltd and Koornfontein Mines (Pty) Ltd.
