Past Experience
A.G Ndziane obtained her LLB degree with UNISA in 2013 and her LLM Mercantile Law with the University of Pretoria in 2015. Currently enrolled for her Bcompt in financial account with UNISA. She is a member of SARIPA and INSOL international. She is an accredited business rescue practitioner and a trustee of various provident funds administered by Liberty Group.
Furthermore, she is a Principal officer in the provident funds to which she has been appointed as a trustee. She is an admitted attorney practicing under Ndziane Inc. She is experienced in the following fields of law:

• Pension fund law
She has acquired extremely valuable knowledge in business transaction laws, business rescues and insolvency practice. Her passion and strong acumen for business strategies are scarce skills. She was admitted as an attorney and practicing as such since 2017.
As a business rescue practitioner, her roles are amongst others to oversee a company during business rescue proceedings. Her role is largely supervisory and she is subject to the duties of a director of the company, with extensive powers over the pre-existing management. She is responsible for strategy development and implementation of a business rescue plan and to reconstruct the financials of the company. She has been actively involved in complex business rescue process of big mines such as Optimum Coal Mine (Pty) Ltd, Koornfontein Mines (Pty) Ltd and Shiva Uranium Mine (Pty) Ltd.
