Collins Ndziane is currently a director in a firm of attorneys. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB Degree) at the University of Limpopo in the year 2012. He completed practical legal training in 2014 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in the year 2015.
Past Experience
During his period as an articled clerk and as an attorney he acquired vast knowledge in civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, personal injury law, evictions, debt collections, pension fund laws, divorce and family.
He obtained certificates in Debt Collection, Insolvency Law and Practice, FSB Retirement Fund Trustee Toolkit training and Public Private Partnership training with the DBSA. He is currently enrolled for LLM Corporate Law with the University of Pretoria.
He has vast knowledge and experience in various corporate and commercial transactions, including drafting and interpretation of commercial contracts. He is also actively involved in complex business rescue litigation.
