Maite Bopape is a qualified ACMA, CGMA (Accredited Chartered Management Accountant), (Chartered Global Management Accountant) through CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) which is head-quartered in London, United Kingdom.
She studied and completed her Bcom (Finance) in 2010, after which she completed her BCom Honours (Financial Management) in 2011 through the University of Johannesburg. She completed her CIMA Strategic Level in November 2012, CIMA (T4) case study in May 2013 and qualified in 2015.
She is currently a Deal Manager at one of the world’s leading International Bank and Wealth Management Group. Her role entails dispersing funds required by the clients after meeting a set criterion. Thereafter, consistently monitoring the client’s financial performance to ensure they’re able to meet financial obligations and have sufficient collateral to meet credit risk.
Past Experience
She was previously a Financial Manager at one of South Africa’s big 4 banks. Her role entailed preparing: Annual Financial Statements, Monthly Management Reports and Asset Register. She was responsible for overseeing invoicing and VAT & Tax returns amongst others.
