Our entity is an organization specialising in a number of fields which include amongst others Banking Law, Pension Funds Law and Administration, Insolvency, Business Rescue, Litigation, Labour and Human Resources and Curatorship.
The organisation was founded during August 2019 and has been in operating since then. Currently the organisation is managed by the founding Director who is assisted by Three (3) professional consultants..All our professional consultants have vast knowledge and expertise in legal matters and finance. Our organisation is not a designated employer and thus does not have an Employment Equity Plan.
We strive to give our clients a tailored experience and service which is achieved by means of constant reporting to client and feedback.
